For market centers with a business center, we recommend that you consider allotting one of the licenses to the business center, and once we begin making additional licenses available to sell, consider purchasing more licenses to fully accommodate the additional location.
If I cancel my $25/year subscription, is there a refund?
The $25 - which is paid directly to Ignite Technologies, and not to Keller Williams Realty is non-refundable. We would love to get your feedback on how to make the product more useful to you. Please send feedback to support@kw.com.

When all associates have access, who is allowed to send out communications/training?
KWRI will be the only administrators of the product, meaning the only party that can distribute training or communications. However, this capability – of allowing market centers or associates to be able to distribute content to select groups – has been considered as a longer-term future possibility.
· Ideally, for the first license, you want My KWConnect on a computer in the training room that the instructor tends to use. For the second license, install My KWConnect on a computer that the Team Leader will typically access during recruiting appointments. And for the third license, the MCA’s computer.
· Pick computers that will have enough hard drive space because this computer becomes a library for KWConnect videos. We recommend 25GB of disk space to have available for the video library (especially in the case of the training room instructor computer). This space is not needed to install the product, but this is the amount of disk space that we recommend you reserve for your video library.
· Adobe Flash Player version 9 is required to run My KWConnect.
· Don’t select a Mac computer. My KWConnect is not compatible with Macs.
You will know your installation is complete when you get a graphic that says: "Congratulations! My KWConnect has been successfully installed on your computer". Then, click the Close button to exit the installation window, and you are all set!
How do I start the product after it's installed?
You can start My KWConnect from the desktop icon, or from the Start Menu.

What happens when a desktop runs out of space?
- If the computer has reached the maximum disk space allocated for downloading My KWConnect content, then nothing further can be downloaded until space is cleared off.
- If the computer has not reached the maximum disk space allocated for downloading, but the hard drive runs out of space - after 3 failed attempts, this computer will be marked by My KWConnect as no longer eligible to receive new content. To remedy this, free up hard drive space and then contact a My KWConnect administrator through Support@kw.com.
My KWConnect contains a Notifier that sits within the task bar. This is the mechanism by which My KWConnect notifies you of new content. KWRI has taken the position that these notifiers will only be used when there is new content that is of high priority. For these circumstances, we will be sending a pop-up that will require you to acknowledge the new download. The pop-up will continue coming back until you select View Now, View Later, or Close it.
We will only use the Notifier in cases where it is essential that you be aware of new content. Otherwise, we will deliver content in the background, without requiring any action from you.

I don’t receive any pop-up notification when there is new content within My KWConnect.
My KWConnect depends on the computer's acility to view pop-ups. If a pop-up blocker is in place, this can interfere with My KWConnect's ability to notify you of new content. To turn this off in Internet Explorer, go to Tools-Pop Up Blocker-Pop Up Blocker Settings.

An error has occurred in the script on this page. Automation server can't create object. URL: file:///C:/Program Files/MyKWConnect/4969020/Users/Default/Data/Custom User Interface/myKWCTraining.htm
Answer: There is a security-related setting in Internet Explorer that needs to be adjusted on Windows VISTA. Here are the steps:
- Exit out of My KWConnect
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools - Internet Options
- Click on the Security tab
- Select Local Intranet
- Click Custom level
- Scroll down to ActiveX controls and plug-ins - Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls
- Select disable
- Re-open My KWConnect
Can I run My KWConnect off a server in the market center training room?
My KWConnect is not designed to run from a server, and is not supported in this setup.
My KWConnect is not letting me in – I recently removed the product and re-installed using the same installation program I downloaded the first time.
Go back to the installation link (http://admin3.cabc.com/kw) and re-install. When you install from the same installation file, the program will not run, as your license is seen to be "disabled". By installing from the installation link, the license is re-activated.
